Confirmar tu hospedaje es muy sencillo, únicamente tienes que seleccionar el hotel de tu interés, buscar las fechas en que solicitas tu hospedaje para validar la disponibilidad, una vez autorizada la disponibilidad escoge el medio de pago que mas te convenga y ¡listo! Tienes el hospedaje de tu viaje confirmado.

Puedes realizar tu reservación en tiempo real e inmediata mediante deposito bancario en bancos Banamex, Santander, Bancomer y Banorte, transferencia interbancaria o también puedes realizar tu deposito en Oxxo o Seven Eleven.

Si tu reservación es por medio de deposito en efectivo ten en cuenta que es necesario reenviar tu comprobante de pago, si no se recibe tu comprobante de pago en 24 horas en temporada regular y de 12 horas en temporada alta (Temporada alta Semana Santa, Verano y días festivos) la habitación quedará liberada sin previo aviso.

Si, al momento de realizar tu pago los impuestos y el cobro total por tu recorrido o tour están finiquitados.

Cada proveedor podrá tener servicios extras que usted puede considerar, estos costos podrían no están cubiertos en su reservación como es alimentos, transporte y recorridos. Te recomendamos revisar bien tu reservación antes de confirmar cualquier reserva.

Claro, sabemos que los imprevistos surgen es por eso que aceptamos cancelaciones de acuerdo a nuestras políticas de cancelación, no se manejan reembolsos, solo cambios de fecha y agregar el crédito a su perfil para compras futuras, puedes consultar más información respecto a nuestras políticas de cancelación en nuestros Términos del Servicio.
